  • Operational maturity assessments across all functional areas under COO responsibility
  • Joint definition with terminal management and other business stakeholders of Lean and Six Sigma project portfolios per business unit, and monitoring of their progress over time
  • Review and recommendations of operational strategies, equipment /IT capex & repex plans, terminal expansions and process / asset automation

Outcomes:

The implementation of performance improvement programmes in 5 business units in the Latin American region resulted in productivity improvements up to 20% per site after 6 months plus relevant cost and capex savings at individual business unit level.
